NRM has issued updated statement of accounts and payment plans for all members.

The payment plans is set over 7 months to clear the outstanding balane transferred from Crabtree.  Please note we are unable to increase this as the 2013/14 service charge is due from the 01/04/13.

Failure to make payment of your service charge places you in breach of your lease and this prevents your Management Company meeting its financial commitments.  This includes payments to contractors for services, and for leasehold properties, payment of buildings insurance.  If your buildings insurance is not paid this can jeopardise the validity of the mortgage you may have for this property.
