NRM is pleased to announce it has been appointed as managing agent to Ranelagh Road (Ipswich) MCL from the 1st July 2012.
We shall be working the departing agent to ensure a smooth transition between agents. A planned transfer of services has been agreed, along with timescales for documentation.
NRM has already been to the development a number of times to review services and checking documentation and addresses.
All leaseholders and residents will receive a letter in mid-July informing them of the changeover and who to contact and from when.
We look forward to providing managing agent services to all at Ranelagh Road.
