NRM has taken over as managing agent to the development today (01/08/12).

We are responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of the development.

We are still waiting on information from previous agent regarding your service charge accounts and financial information.  Therefore we will be unable to answer any questions regarding this in the short term.  We hope to collate the information (once received) and issue out updated statement of accounts to all by the middle of August 2012.

Management and maintenance staff from NRM will be onsite over the coming weeks to review existing contractors and suppliers and infrastructure.

Further information will be posted on the website and notice boards around the development in due course.
